What does the hiring process look like?

A short call, a practical exercise close to the actual job, then a conversation with the team you would join. Most roles close within three weeks.

Does Chawpass offer remote or hybrid work?

Most roles are hybrid out of Lagos. A handful, like data and support, are open to remote across Nigeria where the role allows it.

What is the food allowance you mention?

Every team member gets a Chawpass wallet funded monthly, spendable only on food, the same product we build for employers.
